When you place an order with us, we strive to put in the footwork up front to insure that you absolutely love the finished product! You will work one-on-one with one of our graphic designers, and we will not carve your sign until you love and approve of the design.
All of our signs are custom made-to-order, and we do not carry stock signs in our inventory. This insures that every product is custom made to the specifications you have requested. Therefore, we do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if by chance a sign has slipped through our quality control and has been shipped to you with a flaw or defect, we will do everything we can to insure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, as noted in our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt! We take special care in our packaging process to insure that your sign will be protected from damage during shipping. However, there may be times that damages occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If, upon inspection, you find that your sign has arrived damaged, please take pictures of the damage. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, invoice number, a phone number where we can contact you, and photos of the damage. We will happily carve a duplicate of your sign and get it shipped out immediately.
