When you place an order with us, we strive to put in the footwork up front to insure that you absolutely love the finished product!  For standard products purchased, your payment is considered as approval for the design pictured. For custom design requests, you will work one-on-one with one of our graphic designers.  Digital proofs of the design will be provided via email for your approval, insuring that you know exactly what your sign will look like before any work is done.  We will not begin any work on carving your sign until we receive your approval of the design.  This guarantees that you'll be happy with the design.

 

Each piece of wood that we use is personally hand-selected from premium cedar and select pine boards. We try our best to insure that your sign is crafted from the best quality wood, and free of defects.  Please note that we do not consider all knots and imperfections in the wood to be flaws or defects. Because wood is a natural material, there will be inconsistencies, which in our opinion, adds to the beauty and uniqueness of each individual sign.

 

All of our signs are custom made-to-order, and we do not carry stock signs in our inventory. This insures that every product is custom made to the specifications you have requested.  Therefore, we do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges.  All sales are final.  However, if by chance a sign has slipped through our quality control and has been shipped to you with a flaw or defect, we will do everything we can to insure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt!  We take special care in our packaging process to insure that your sign will be protected from damage during shipping. However, there may be times that damages occur due to circumstances beyond our control. 

If, upon inspection, you find that your sign has arrived flawed or damaged, please take pictures of the flaw/damage.  Send us an email at hollidaywoodworks@gmail.com. Please include your name, invoice number, a phone number where we can contact you, and photos of the flaw/damage. We will happily carve a duplicate of your sign and get it shipped out immediately at no additional cost to you.  

  • Please note that duplicate signs made in accordance to our Satisfaction Guarantee will be exact duplicates of the original purchase.  No changes will be made to the graphic design. 

  • Please note that defects and/or damages MUST BE submitted to us within 14 days of receipt in order to qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee.
